Polycystic
ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is a condition in which a woman’s levels of the
s3x hormones estrogen and progesterone are out of balance and this can
lead to the growth of ovarian cysts (benign masses on the ovaries) and
it can affect a women’s menstrual cycle, fertility, cardiac function,
and appearance. Signs like menstrual irregularities, body hair and acne
are what majorly comes to mind when talking about the symptoms of PCOS
but there are other symptoms that are unknown to most women. Below are 4
unusual symptoms of PCOS you need to know.
